# Scale to Frame Size

{% embed url="<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h9aSXkEbcMY>" %}

Premiere Pro has 3 settings to auto-scale clips in the timeline: **None**, **Scale to frame size**, and **Set to frame size**. This setting is located in Premiere Pro's Preferences (Settings > Media > Default Media Scaling).

For best results using Captioneer, set Premiere Pro's Default Media Scaling to **None** and use the checkbox inside the extension.

If you enable both Premiere Pro's Default Media Scaling and Captioneer's scaling, your .mogrts may get scaled twice.
