How to Re-Install

To re-install Captioneer, follow the instructions below:

Reinstall Instructions

1. Completely close Premiere Pro

2. Install latest version of ZXP Installer

3. Uninstall Captioneer using ZXP installer:

   • ZXP Installer > Premiere Pro > Captioneer > More > Reset Preferences

   • ZXP Installer > Premiere Pro > Captioneer > Uninstall

4. Restart machine

5. Reinstall Captioneer using ZXP Installer:

   • ZXP Installer > File > Open > Captioneer.zxp

6. Open Premiere Pro as Administrator

7. Open Captioneer from Window > Extensions > Captioneer
