Captioneer Extension won't open

Launch Premiere Pro as Administrator and then open with Window > Extensions > Captioneer.

If Captioneer still does not open, open ZXP Installer > Settings and enable debugging for CEP 11 (2024) or CEP 12 (2025): ZXP / CEP Extension won't open
